Wind suits

Great craft idea here: make cardboard tunic / armour type affair and 2 wristbands, cover with long strips of crepe paper a la morris dancer, i.e. stuck at the top. Take child out into wind and let wind blow through strips – really effective. Ok I haven’t actually done it but I will and imagine it’ll be very impressive…
